It is a training program for Les Mills where one is made Physical conditioning work that combines aerobic and athletic movements Different sports modalities such as running and aerobics.
It will allow you to improve cardiovascular resistance and muscle strength and endurance. It is an intense interval training class that combines aerobic athletic movements with strength exercises and postural stabilization.
