Can Caralleu organizes the nineteenth edition of Cros de Muntanya Can Caralleu next Saturday 23 in March, which includes 2 races for adults and 2 for children.
Can Caralleu organizes the nineteenth edition of the Cros de Muntanya, the next one Saturday 23 of March, with 2 races for adults and youngsters, and 2 for children.
For adults and young people there is a race of 17 kilometers, aimed at the most daring riders and corridors, and another of 8 kilometers, for those who start on trailrunning. In the 17 kilometers race there is a maximum of 350 dorsals available and in 8 kilometers you can register a maximum of 150.
Most of the two tours are done by the Collserola Natural Park, and are almost equal to the previous edition but in the opposite direction. The circuit is for irregular paths, with natural obstacles and steep slopes.
The time invested to do the races will depend a lot on the state of the form of the participants, but never can exceed the two and a half hours to enter the classification.
The exit will be at Can Caralleu at 10 hours in the version of 17 kilometers and at 10.15 hours at 8 kilometers.
El Cros Infantil It also has two distances: 2 and 4km, depending on age.
The race of 4 kilometers for the Infantile and Cadet categories, and the classic 2 kilometers for the categories Benjamín and Aleví. In both routes a maximum of 50 dorsals will be registered, and the two circuits will pass through the Parc de l'Oreneta and around Can Caralleu.
The departures and arrivals will be at Can Caralleu at 10.30h, for the two races.
The inscriptions are made exclusively on-line until 17 in March at 23.59h or until the backs are exhausted.
The price is 15 € in the 17 Cros and 8km and 5 € in the Cros Infantil races. Includes dorsal with chip, t-shirt, photo and video of the arrival to goal and botifarrada.
