Martial arts are a set of self-defense related disciplines that also have a competitive side. Next season you will be able to learn in the sport two different disciplines of martial arts:
Hapkido is a Japanese martial art based on the circular movement, which is not focused on hitting the opponent, but uses its own energy to gain control over it.
Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 to 11.30h
Tuesdays and Thursdays of 20: 45 to 22: 15h
Saturdays of 11: 30 to 13h
Schedules valid from 1 in October
Born in the 18th century, it is the Japanese equivalent of western fencing and was practiced by the samurai. The practitioners, equipped with armor (bogu) and a bamboo saber (shinai), they are attacked and defended one from the other.
Every Friday from 18.30 to 20h
Martial arts offer great benefits such as muscle toning, increased cardiovascular resistance and improved reflexes.
