Users may submit suggestions or complaints about the operation of the facilities in writing (there are specific leaflets) and in three different ways: the complaints and suggestions box located at the entrance to the installation, ordinary mail and the email address. The letters will be answered within a period not exceeding 15 days and must be directed to Alfons Font, Operational Director of the Claror Cartagena.
