The 12th edition of the Can Caralleu Mountain Cree will run on Saturday 21 in April

On Saturday 21 in April Can Caralleu organizes the twelfth edition of the Mountain Cros, a race that runs through the natural environment of Can Caralleu and has a route of 13,89 kilometers. The test is aimed at those who enjoy outdoor activities and, especially, those who love mountain racing.

The exit of all the corridors of the Cros is at 11 hours from the installation and the circuit passes through the Oreneta park, Can Setmenat, the Aigües road, the Cerro de Coros and San Pedro Mártir by tracks and paths with natural obstacles.

The race is aimed at anyone over the age of 16 who usually runs and who enjoys outdoor activities, whether or not they compete in sports.

Three prizes will be given for each category of age and sex, and for female and male teams. The teams must be made up of five men in the male category and three women in the female. You must register all the components with the same team name.

The participants can use the changing rooms of Can Caralleu. They will have a crib wardrobe and babysitting service from 9.30 hours.

The free rewards of individual prizes and teams will be done at 13.15 hours and at 13.30 hours the draw of gifts and botifarrada will begin.

Inscriptions to the Cros
Registrations will be made through the Internet until April 10 or until 500 dorsals are exhausted. The price of the registration is 13 € with its own chip and 15 € without chip, and includes dorsal, t-shirt, bag, gifts, draw of material and botifarrada, nanny service and the use of changing rooms in the center. The timing is with a chip.

Circuit recognition training
All those registered in Cros who wish to participate may participate on Saturday 14 April at 10 hours in a circuit reconnaissance training, with resistance training and career tips. The registration to participate is free and must be done at the reception of Can Caralleu.

Popular walk
This year and for the first time a Popular Walk is organized, which will take place on the part of the Cros route. The distance to travel will be about 8 kilometers and the exit will be at 10 hours. In this way the participants will be able to see the corridors of the Cros during the route of the circuit. Participation will be open to families with children provided they are accompanied by adults. To participate, you must sign up from 12 from March to 10 in April at the reception of Can Caralleu.
