Directed by a sports coach, the activities are organized by slots and offer more than 150 weekly sessions.
There are several types and intensities so you can combine them and make your own grill. Aerobic activities are all medium-high intensity, where the newness is indoor walking. Others are toning, like the pump tone, a fun combination of aerobic exercises with weight training. Other are aquatic activities, such as waterfitness or aiguapilates; or fitness, such as background races. And, finally, those of a softer character, such as the successful Pilates or the stretching sessions.
This season the grill has been reinforced with more indoor walking sessions, a new yoga Friday and Sundays sessions of spining and toning
