That's why we offer Aquacross Claror workshops, a functional training session that combines low ground impact exercises and high speed and high water impact exercises designed to reduce fat, increase your strength or shape your body training in the water.

THE'Aquacross It is an activity of high intensity cross training designed to achieve your goals:
