What is nordic walking?
From northern Europe, the Nordic march comes to us, consisting of walking and running with the technique of classic cross-country skiing using specific sticks. Learning is very fast and, at the same time, the feeling of tiredness during the practice is very low. The basic technique consists of walking naturally, with relaxed shoulders, walking sticks near the body, pushing the cane behind the pelvis line and supporting the foot from the heel to the toes.
It is necessary to wear comfortable clothes that allow amplitude of movements of legs and arms, windscreen, frontal, lightweight and flexible footwear with a good sun to walk through the mountain and water.
