Remarks

Addressed to: Everyone older than 15 years who wants to work their cardiovascular capacity, combining it with a work of strength with the step.

Not recommended for: Average impact class, people with osteo-joint injuries should be careful.

Activity regulations:
- Participants must respect the safety distance and the delimited workspace of 2x2m throughout the session.
- Mandatory use of large towel 120 x 60 cm.

Recommendations:
