The season begins trying out new things at L'esportiu de Llinars! Body Attack is a new activity included in the quota, you'll be surprised!
It is a training program for Les Mills where a physical conditioning work is done that combines aerobic and athletic movements in different sports such as running and aerobics.
It will allow you to improve cardiovascular resistance and muscle strength and endurance. It is an intense interval training class that combines aerobic athletic movements with strength exercises and postural stabilization.
