Whenever you come you have to bring it card or bracelet to access the club.

What do I have to do to register as a subscriber?

You can do theonline registration, no queues or waits, or in person at the club.

What documents do you need to register as a subscriber?

The NIF / NIE and a bank receipt proving your ownership. If you registered online, bring them on the first day.

Children pay?

Up to 6 years old they can enter for free. From the age of 7, they can take advantage of the children's fee, and you can also take out a family fee. We remind you that up to the age of 12 they must always be accompanied by an adult.

Can I try the club before paying for it?

It's very easy, you just have to go through reception, we'll do it at a moment and you give us a gift.

How do I process a data change?

Send us an email to maritim @claror.cat with the changes. If the change is a bank account, you must do so in person at the reception, with a receipt proving your ownership, and notify it before the 25th of the previous month.

If the change is a form of payment, it must be notified before 25 day of the previous month.

Can I transfer my quota to another person? 

Yes, your fee may be transferred temporarily or permanently to another person, without additional costs.

The subscriber and the transferred person must present themselves in person to the club to make the change of quota.

What is the Claror Club?

USE OF THE CLUB, ACTIVITIES AND SERVICES

Can I use the club without being subscribed?

You can do this by purchasing a one-time ticket at the club reception. The sale of one-off tickets is subject to the capacity of the venue, and at certain times of the year the highest influx of our subscribers may be suspended.

I received an invitation to the club, how can I use it? 

If you have an invitation to enjoy the club use it while it is valid. To use the invitation, it is essential that you provide us with your contact information by filling out an access form.

What happens if I leave my card or the bracelet at home?

You need to go to the reception, where you will be identified as a subscriber.

Should I reserve a place in a grill activity?

Through d'this page (click here) from the website, you can book 24 hours before the activity and have a place reserved for a maximum of 2 activities at a time. 

In the event that it is impossible for you to attend at the last minute, we ask that you cancel your reservation in order to allow another person to take advantage of your place. You have up to 30 minutes before the start of the class to cancel the place reservation. If you have not arrived at the start of the activity, the place will be occupied by another person who is queuing at the door of the class.

All reservations for the grill activities will be made online, except for the exclusive activities for people over 60 and people at health risk, all the activities of Aiguagim and Aiguadolça, for which you must collect a ticket at the Club, medium hour before the start of the activity.

How do I sign up for an activity or make a change?

Can I try a payment activity before signing up?

Will I have some kind of help when I start doing physical activity at the club?

Yes, all new additions are entitled to a personalized technical advice session, by a fitness expert. It includes an interview with the expert technician, a functional assessment and the delivery of the Personalized Training Plan, which will be monitored regularly to help you achieve your goals.

Do I need to book the technical advice session?

You do not need to, you can ask directly to the room or pool technician.

Should the technician know who is the first time I attend the class?

Our technicians usually ask at the beginning of each class if there is someone new to provide special attention. Do not hesitate to comment on the technician and share any relevant information about your health status or how to feel more comfortable in the class.

Can I hire a personal trainer?

Our team of sports professionals includes personal trainers who can help you achieve your personal goals. In this page you have all the info.

How do I book a health and wellness service?

Check the entire offer here. You can book in person at the club, by phone at 93 225 99 22 or by mail clarormaritimsalut @claror.cat. We remind you that services must be paid for at the time of booking.

How can I cancel a reservation for a health service?

You can cancel it until 24 hours before the service. From this moment on we will not be able to make any changes or return the money, since we do not have material time to reassign the time to another client.

I can use the spa Marítim?

If you are a subscriber and want to use the spa Marítim you can hire it for € 12 a month, or buy a ticket for a day. If you are not a subscriber, you can access it by purchasing a one-off ticket with a spa.

If I am a subscriber to it Claror Marítim, I can use another club Claror?

If you want to use any of the others clubs, you can buy a specific ticket or pay with the 20% discount.

What are the schedules of the club?

Are there cabinets to store my personal items? 

You will always have at your disposal a wardrobe for occasional use in the dressing area, which you must leave empty once you leave the club. Is the club adapted?
