The human body has been designed to move around. From our beginnings, people have always had to move to find food and to flee from our enemies. Over the years, our society has adapted to technological advances and we have not had to move, or move so much, to have a piece of meat available. For a few years now, to avoid this lack of movement, there have been a lot of activities, whether outdoors or in a closed area. So, in the world of fitness, there have been many activities and programs to have fun, to distract us from the worries we can have and to do the exercise that we usually do not. This activity involves high caloric expenditure, approximately 730 calories per session, since it is about making repetitive movements fast or very fast and with little rest. Body combat is carried out following choreographic guidelines that are suitable for all audiences. The duration of this activity is 55 minutes, and it starts with a warming of the whole body in the first song. During the session, many movements of the martial arts, such as kick-stitches, punching, defenses, etc. are worked out in a cardiovascular manner. CXWORX
It is an activity led by one or more technicians, designed to improve what is now called core. Core is the central part of the body, that is, the abdominal, pectoral, lumbar, dorsal, and buttocks. It is specially designed with this time, because it is a rather intense activity that if it lasts less time the results would not be expected, but it is very difficult to make it last longer, since the body enters a state of tiredness in which the exercises do not they could be done correctly. That's why after this activity it is not recommended to do any type of activity that demands a body control job, such as going to run. The scheme of the session is the same as the body pump. 'ZUMBA'
It is an activity led by one or more technicians, designed for cardiovascular improvement and muscle resistance. It is a choreographed activity in which the rhythm and sense of space develop to the maximum. It involves a high caloric expense, since during the 45 minutes it lasts, it is not possible to dance at any time and move the body to the rhythm that marks the music. Each person can adapt the exercise to their possibilities, since there are guidelines to make the movement in an easy way. It begins with a general warming in the first song, and during the rest of the session, it works from the point of view of cardiovascular and muscular resistance, especially of the legs, shoulder and arms, depending on the type of dance. The final part of the session, just with the last song, makes a dance with more basic steps to lower the pulsations, stretch and go back to the calm.

What is most important to note about the zumba, however, is that it is an activity in which people come to have fun, to be distracted from everyday problems and, in the end, to exercise. However, the most difficult of this activity begins just when the class ends: how to put your mouth in place, because everyone comes out with a smile from ear to ear that costs us a lot to return to normal!
