Easy and healthy recipes
Christmas is coming, and with it, all the family gatherings that are so classic this time of year. Whether you organize any of the meetings in your home or you are a guest, we suggest you 5 healthy snacks to maintain a healthy diet this holiday.
This year we propose to avoid heavy snacks like fried, seasoned or only animal.
So what foods can we put on this holiday table? We suggest you include in all the dishes vegetables and concentrate on those healthier proteins. Use more pickles, more seafood, nuts and low-fat dairy.
We will paint the holes in the bucket with oil, cover them with the ham and let it sober on the sides and then wrap them up. Fill with the cream cheese mixture and the chopped nuts and cover the chocolate. We put them in the fridge for at least two hours so that they get consistency. They can also be frozen.
Chop the beef and mix it with the egg yolk, add the chopped onion, parsley, salt and pepper and a little oil. Fill the artichoke hearts and decorate with a sheet of Parmesan.

Cut zucchini slices with a mandolin. Clean and cut the vegetables into julienne. Sauté them together with the prawns, add soy sauce and sesame. On a plate mark the zucchini slices and remove. We have two strips of zucchini crossed on top of each other. Add a little sauté and wrap the stuffing. We can secure it with a toothpick.
There are several tricks that can help you reduce calories in your snacks, such as using cups or teaspoons to present your dishes, always using simple food baking or choosing less fat meats and sausages like the ham or the turkey.
