Circuit Force Training is a very complete training, since with few exercises we can work all the major muscle groups in our body.
There are different training systems,Egym or the Biocircuit. Today we will train strength with the Egym system.
We will do 10 exercises that will allow us to work all the muscular groups of our body in an efficient and fast way. With the Egym system we work eccentrically and concentrically, with this we mean: round trip work.
With this system we are further intensifying our training and with the same working time. Within the circuit, both we can work on a regular or negative basis, so we can vary the work load with the eccentric or concentric movement.
The Egym circuitry system is composed of 10 60 '50' different work and XNUMX 'retrieval exercises that help us to change the work machine. The muscular groups that we will work will be: pectoral, dorsal, deltoid, abdomen, lumbar area, hamstrings, quadriceps extensions, horizontal press, biceps and triceps.
Strength work has many benefits, both at the cardiovascular and muscular level, some of which are: increase muscle mass and our energy reserves, improve postural and balance levels, control our body weight, reduce fat or fat tissue and reduce the risk of injuries. With all of this, we will extend our sporting life and our health in general.
It is advisable to perform 2 or 3 training twice a week, and perform 2 or 3 returns to the circuit.
