Exercise express exercises to do during the holidays

During the holidays it is important that you should stop training to keep the shape and continue enjoying a healthy life, so the return will not cost you to start the season.

We explain an express fitness training that you can do anywhere, working with your own body weight and without material. A good way to make them more varied and fun is to do them with a couple :).

These exercises not only help you to be fit but also increase the size and strength of your muscles, make you gain power, agility and balance, and reduce body fat.

The difficulty of training with body weight varies depending on:
The position
The rhythm
Combination of exercises

Express fitness training
In all the exercises we will do a work of 3 repetitions followed during 45 seconds, with 15 seconds of rest In the end, before going on to the next exercise.

1. Iron + salt
One of the couple gets in the iron position, with the core area well activated, and the other is jumping on the back on both sides, leaning against the scapular zone.

2. Slapping Flexions
We will deal with each other by doing dynamic push ups and when we go up we will chop our hands,

3. Burpee + iron
One of the couple making plates, going up and down, and the other going over burping.

4. Isometric glutis + triceps bending
One of the couple is put to the ground making an isometric of buttocks and the other resting his hands on his knees and flexing his triceps.

5. Isometric squat
One makes a dynamic squat, and the other of the couple passes the leg over the companion.

6. Elevation and abduction bed + squat
Holding hands and in position of isometric squat, we are touching the hand alternately on the ground.

7. Lower abdominals
We will do lower abdominals by taking the companion's ankles.

8. Dynamic squat
And finally we will realize a dynamic squat resting on the back of our companion.
