Vegetable juices or popularly known as 'green juices' are great contributions of nutrients that can be very addictive to athletes. We tell you 4 recipes that can be very useful before or after your workouts

Taking advantage of the fact that these types of juices are very fashionable, we will explain four of them for athletes. To do it, you just have to clean, peel and chop all the ingredients to incorporate them into the blender.
Juice to start the day hard
We start with a very full energy juice for the first time in the morning. Ideal for athletes who want a good dose of vitamins and carry the batteries to face the day with vitality. To do this we will need a handful of spinach, 1 green apple, 1 celery stalk, 1 kiwi and 1 banana.
A very similar variant, rich in antioxidants and perfect for those who wish to strengthen immunity and protect themselves from colds would be the following: spinach, carrot, oranges, lemon and banana. Banana gives a creamy texture to juice and is a sugar-rich, easily assimilation-potassium-rich food. That is why it is a perfect ally for athletes. To make the juice more complete we can add chia seeds, they are satiating, rich in amino acids and omega-3.
Purifying juice
For athletes who want to cleanse the body, I recommend a very light juice that helps to eliminate toxins, has an anti-inflammatory effect and is digestive. To make this juice we need 2 pineapple slices, & frac12; cucumber, 2 sprigs of celery and 1 handful of spinach. As a toping we can add a gingerbread to the juice. Ginger improves circulation, is anti-inflammatory, facilitates digestion, helps us protect from colds and enhances vital tone.
Juice to keep pace
For those fleeing the green we have this orange juice made with mint leaves. This juice is useful for strengthening the immune system and preventing the affections of seasonal changes. We will do it with 2 carrots, 1 grapefruit, & frac12; cucumber and 4 mint leaves. The perfect toping for this juice would be a teaspoon of bee pollen because it is an excellent nutritional booster. Bee pollen has been used for thousands of years to treat multiple imbalances such as exhaustion and inflammatory disorders.
Juice to recover the forces
And to finish, a juice designed to recover the forces. This juice is made from beets rich in sugars, iron and a good dose of vitamins (C, A and Folic Acid). This juice is made with a handful of parsley leaves, 1 beet root, 1 carrot and 1 lemon. The combination of these ingredients makes it ideal for combating anemia and convalescing states.
Let it go!
