Today we will talk about what to do if you have not been able to come to the gym one day. What we will give you is a proposal, it is not a session because you always do it, it is because you consult with your technician how you can do it, if it is appropriate for you or you have to make some adaptation. Think that it is high intensity and it is not advisable to do it more than once a week, it is only for a day that you have not been able to come.
You can complement this proposal with a hypocrisy position, always remember to ask your technician how you can do it, how you can adapt it for yourself and, above all, if you like it or not to do it like this
We will give you 3 exercises, each of the exercises will do it at the best you can for 30 seconds, you will rest 20 seconds. Second year, 30 seconds, 20 rests. Third year, the same. When you've done everything 3 times, rest 30 seconds and start again. You can repeat 4 times, 6 times or, it depends on the physical condition, if you can, even more. In any case, consult with your technician.
We start with the first exercise, what we say one Burpee. First we will make a seat, then we will do a plate and then we stand and we will jump. You have to keep in mind that when you do the plate you stay very vertical, with the column very straight.
Second year, we will make a half jumped jump. We will go down halfway down, we will make a great jump and when falling we will look for the very soft damping with the knees to avoid the impact.
Third exercise would be to flex with your arms and, when you have finished flexing, open and close your legs. Here it is very important to keep your back straight.
You can complement this proposal with a hypocrisy position, always remember to ask your technician how you can do it, how you can adapt it to yourself and, above all, whether it is convenient for you or not.
