Today I'll talk to you in a different way of training than we have since January Claror Sardenya to the cycling classes.

We have gone from working with a pulsometer to working with a pulsometer and with wattage percentages. This means that the client experience and pedaling is more similar to pedaling on a road or mountain because it is continuously working with resistance and generating energy.

This allows us several advantages when it comes to training: on the one hand, the user has the information according to their objectives instantly, that is, when the monitor asks for a 75% of total wattage percentage, user, this can immediately be placed on this 75%, which with the pulsometer is a tendency work but it takes a few minutes or half a minute decay.

On the other hand, it greatly facilitates group-level activities, since group games can be made such as the rate of cadence, the percentage of collective heart rate, maximum for the whole class to reach a determined watts, etc.

All the class follows the same goals that the technician marks to the extent of their possibilities, per centually.

One very interesting thing to work for watts is that it is not necessary for users to carry a pulsometer, in such a way that, formerly when people came without a pulsometer, it was sensible and the sensations are very subjective.

We hope you come and try it for any doubt, consult with your technician.
