Beach volleyball is a perfect sport for full training in a different environment, where you work explosion, jump and aerobic resistance to the sand.
You play in a networked field, where the height depends on the age and sex of the participants. 2 faces couples that can be masculine, feminine or mixed. The main objective is to send the ball flying from one side to the other on the net, without touching the ground, through a few touches of volleyball.
Each player can play a single touch on the ball and the 2 players of each team can only make a maximum of 2 hits in their field before passing the ball to the opponent's field. The beginning of the game is a service from one field to another. The opposite field player receives this service and his partner places the ball so that he can finish it to the opposite field.
The structure of a training consists of 3 parts: the initial part is heating, with a ball and without. Then, according to the objectives they want to work analytical exercises are carried out for couples and there is only one ball and two people working. Then it can be increased and technicians can be grouped. Finally the tactical game is worked with real game exercises and games.
Beach volleyball is suitable for all ages and can be practiced all year long, although the great time to do it is spring and summer. We wait for you!
