Learn the technique of Rem and improve the cardiovascular and muscular level

Adriana García, a fitness technician and personal trainer at Clubs Claror, explains how to improve our performance with the Rem.

El Rem allows us to do a very demanding job and gives a lot good results at cardiovascular and muscular level, improving physical condition in general.

In a row, several muscular groups (legs, buttocks, back, abdominal and arms) participate in one of the most complete exercises that can be done in the room.

Technique of the Rowing
1. Feet taken to the supports, legs flexed, stretched arms and abdomen activated.
2. We push with the lower part of the trunk and then we use the back to carry the arms flexed in the chest.
3. Then, we stretch our arms and flex our legs so that they can slip and return to the starting position.

Do Rowing alone or accompanied with the Skill Row
This activity can be done individually or in groups, such as with the Skill Row. Skill Row is an activity with group oars and energized by a technician.
You can train in a fun way, by doing individual competitions or by teams. All the participants can follow their progress thanks to a TV screen and a simulation of a race.

Remember that if you want to use the oar for the first time, both individually and in the collective class, let yourself be guided always by the technicians of the room.
