Interventional training, high intensity in the water

Paqui Miranda, the Claror Club's aquatic technique, tells us how to make high-intensity interválical training in water, one of the most effective workouts, both in fat burning, and in improving sports performance.

Interventional training is a system that has earned fame for being one of the most effective workouts, both in fat burning, and in improving sports performance.
With this type of training we contribute to the improvement of cardiovascular health, we favor blood circulation and improve muscle strength. Especially we will accelerate the fat burning accumulated due to the constant increases and rhythm, which will demand, in a short time, a high dose of energy.

This type of training consists in alternating intense periods of work with periods of recovery.
We propose 3 different sessions to work on it:
· Intermediate swimming training: We will perform 6 repetitions of 20 m fast resting 20 ". We will do 3, 1 series for each exercise. The first exercise: legs of crol with fins. The second exercise: crol with shovels and fins, and the third exercise: crol with shovels.
· Intervallic training in circuit: We will choose 10 varied exercises and work for seasons. Examples are: skipping, jumping jack, grouped jumps, scissors, rowing, biceps, triceps, front elevations and rear releases. We will do 40 "work in each season and 20" recovery by walking through the water until reaching the next station. We can do 2 or 3 laps in the circuit by retrieving 1 'after each lap.
· Water Tie: It consists of performing 8 intervals of 20 "working at high intensity, followed by a break from 10."
