Users may submit suggestions or complaints about the operation of the facilities, always in writing (there are specific leaflets) and in three different ways: the complaints and suggestions box located at the entrance to the installation, ordinary mail and the email address. The letters will be answered in a period not exceeding 15 days and must be directed to Juanjo Zabala, Operational Director of the Claror Sardenya.
